Terms and Conditions
1. Booking.
1.1 Reservations.
Please telephone, fax or email us to check availability and to make
a provisional booking. Booking for a minimum of 7 nights is
compulsory.
1.2 Payment.
A deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking. The
remaining balance MUST be received 8 weeks before your due holiday
date, otherwise we reserve the right to treat it as a cancellation.
1.3 Changes.
Please inform us immediately should you wish to make any changes to
your booking and we will do our very best to accommodate your
request. In the unlikely event that we have to make changes to your
booking, and they are unacceptable to you, we will refund all monies
you have paid to us. We cannot be held liable for any changes caused
by actions beyond our control
1.4 Cancellation.
Please advise in writing, of any part or full cancellation. The
following charges will be incurred depending on the notification
time and when your holiday is due to start:-
a)
More than 8
weeks = full deposit and holiday cost less £20 administration fee,
will be returned,
b)
8 to 4 weeks
= 50% of your holiday cost will be returned,
c)
4 weeks up to
your holiday date = 100% of total holiday cost forfeited.
d)
If Marisa
Residences Ltd has to cancel your booking; any money you have paid
will be refunded in FULL.

Please note that Marisa Residences Ltd reserve the right to
review its prices at any time.
2. Important Information
2.1 Insurance.
We recommend that all guests have insurance cover for cancellation,
third party, personal accident and loss of possessions.
2.2 Passport and
Visa.
It is the clients’ responsibility to make sure that they have a
valid passport and visa if required.
2.3 Liability.
Marisa Residences Ltd. and its employees cannot accept any
responsibility for injuries caused by personal negligence.
2.4 Weather.
Marisa Residences Ltd. is not responsible for adverse weather
conditions affecting travel arrangements.
2.5 Damage and
losses.
If the residence, fittings, contents, or equipment are damaged or
lost by any guest , the person/s responsible or their guardian/s,
will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement
2.6 Conduct.
All clients must behave in an acceptable manner, so as not to
threaten or disturb the enjoyment of others. We reserve the right to
cease all contractual obligations in such circumstances.
2.7 Smoking.
No Smoking inside the residence. This is our insurance requirement.
2.8 Comments and
suggestions.
If you have any of these please share them with us, there are forms
in the booklet for this purpose.
2.9 Complaints.
Please let us know if you have any complaints, we will do everything
possible to put things right and we would prefer to do this before
you leave Mauritius.
2.10 Correct
information.
All Information provided is subject to change but we will do our
best to inform you of any alterations or corrections immediately.
2.11 English Law.
The contract shall in all respect be governed by English law and
shall be deemed to have been made in England and subject to non
exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
3. Holiday Details
3.1 The following information explains the basic arrangements.
We have tried to be as flexible and helpful as possible with each
individual guest or group, however should you have any specific
requests please ask us and we will do our best to accommodate your
needs.
3.2 Arrival and Departure. No specific check in / check out times, however Marisa
Residences reserve the right to make amendments at any time. Minimum
bookings 7 nights.
Your Holiday Includes:

Accommodation:
Linen & individual towels (changed twice a week) and use of
residences facilities including swimming pool.
3.4 Transfers:
Normally included in the price to and from the airport, but if a
discount is negotiated this must be agreed at the time of booking.
Your Holiday DOES NOT include:
